Ovation Realty Management is pleased to announce the hiring of Lolita Wald for the position of Property Manager at our Phillips Development & Realty’s newest community, Phillips Research Park in Durham, NC. Mrs. Wald will be responsible for opening our temporary leasing trailer onsite in March, filling all staff positions, and overseeing the project’s handover from Construction to Property Management.
