Our current portfolio represents apartment communities across North Carolina. We manage Class A, B, and C assets which require varied reporting to meet owner and lender objectives.

 Ovation Realty Management is complemented by a full-service professional team who together have a depth of experience in management, leasing, marketing, due diligence, development, rehabilitation and disposition of multi-family properties. The ORM team averages over 10 years of experience. We have the technical expertise and capacity to perform management on a long-term or on an as-needed basis.
